What to Expect after you submit your question/payment
I will contact you, acknowledging that I have received your question and payment. If the question is not clear I will say so. Once clarified I will begin work on it. If I am in session or not near my workplace, I will inform you of the fact.

Important things to take into account
There are probably instances when people wait for their astrologer-on-retainer, to tell them whether or not to have medical attention; sometimes people want information pertaining to other peoples horoscopes without consent of the other party (s).
In these instances, if the horoscope of the other person is a family member, relative or spouse who gives consent, I can proceed. I do not accept questions about health or medical conditions. For example: “should I or should I not have the scheduled surgery?” A doctor is not what I am. Yet if you ask, “What will be going on in my astrology during my surgery?” Is a reasonable question.
But in regular one-hour consultations we can discuss the health sector in the chart, as part of the overall session.
Are Refunds Available?
My work begins when I receive payment. My deliverables are based (depending on the requested turnaround) on my invested work-time and efforts employed in order to render a coherent answer. So no monies are returned.
All time I invest to deliver on my service is billable.
If I am not available when you send your payment and question and you can’t wait and wish a refund. I will gladly do so.
