Biden/Harris Horoscope Chart
The updated Biden/Harris presidential chart is based on Section 1 of the 20th Amendment germane to presidential terms and succession, assembly of congress. It states that “The terms of the President and the Vice President shall end at noon on the 20th day of January.” Therefore the chart to which I will refer is for noon, on Wednesday 20 January 2021 when Biden became president. It features a peculiar confluence of zodiacal, planetary and elemental energy centered around the United States’ government’s executive branch.
